Because our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.
Damaged or Wrong Items

Once verified, we will:

Non-returnable Items
Because our products are shipped internationally, we are unable to process physical returns.
Please double-check your shipping address and product selection before completing your order.
Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
