Delivery Time
Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers to ensure the best quality and prices.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear once the shipment leaves the warehouse.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Standard Shipping for all US orders.
Optional: Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, please contact our support team at support@lumirstyle.com.
We will assist you in locating or replacing your package.
Customs and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply (rare for US shipments).
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
